And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. Revelation 8:1
Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. Zech 2:13
Be still before the Lord, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling (niv)
And there was silence in heaven…………………..
I’ve always wondered about this. What was going on in heaven during this silence? Was it fear? Was it trembling? Was it a stillness? And what about the time frame we are given? It always sends my mind and imagination off into every scenario. I’ve decided to search the scripture for some clues to this mystery.
What has sparked this study?…I sense a stillness and silence when I go to the Lord, I don’t know if it’s just me… or if something is going on. I just sense this silence and I’ve sensed it for about two weeks. Its got me wondering- what is going on? It’s not that the Lord isn’t working or speaking, it’s different… it’s like a stillness…as if I was watching a race and I could see disaster ahead, like a cliff that the race car driver couldn’t see and there would be no way to warn him ….. and a silent gasp – stillness in awe/terror- of what is coming. Maybe it’s me? I don’t know, but it has sparked my curiosity further…..so off I go.
If you want to know more, read Zephaniah 1 and Isaiah 24 (see below) I believe both of these chapters have within them the keys to this time and to this mystery of Revelation 8:1. I’m focusing on the “silent” part, haven’t really dove into the time frame study.
It seems, according to scripture, there is a silence before destruction. We see silence as reverence, a silencing of our enemies, a way to act when we are angry, yet over and over again we see a silence both before destruction and a silence after the desolation. I imagine all the host of heavens still –gasping to breath- silence as they watch the Lord God Almighty rise up from His throne. What a terrifying moment.
Here are some verses that have stirred the Fear of the Lord within me as I went about this study:
And I will destroy those who used to worship me but now no longer do. They no longer ask for the LORD’s guidance or seek my blessings. I will destroy my own people, because they refuse to change their evil ways. The earth suffers for the sins of its people, for they have twisted God’s instructions, violated his laws, and broken his everlasting covenant. Therefore, a curse consumes the earth. Its people must pay the price for their sin. They are destroyed by fire, and only a few are left alive. The grapevines waste away, and there is no new wine. All the merrymakers sigh and mourn. The cheerful sound of tambourines is stilled; the happy cries of celebration are heard no more. The melodious chords of the harp are silent. Stand in silence in the presence of the Sovereign LORD, for the awesome day of the LORD’s judgment is near. The LORD has prepared his people for a great slaughter and has chosen their executioners.” Stand in silence in the presence of the Sovereign Lord, for the awesome day of the Lord’s judgment is near. 2 “I will sweep away everything from the face of the earth,” says the Lord. “I will sweep away people and animals alike. I will sweep away the birds of the sky and the fish in the sea.I will reduce the wicked to heaps of rubble, and I will wipe humanity from the face of the earth,” says the Lord. Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. You quieted the raging oceans with their pounding waves and silenced the shouting of the nations
Our God approaches, and he is not silent. Fire devours everything in his way, and a great storm rages around himPsalm 65:7 Psalm 50:3 Zech 2;13 Zephaniah 1:6 Jer 15:7 Is 24,Zephaniah 1:7

Isaiah 24
Look! The Lord is about to destroy the earth
and make it a vast wasteland.
He devastates the surface of the earth
and scatters the people.
Priests and laypeople,
servants and masters,
maids and mistresses,
buyers and sellers,
lenders and borrowers,
bankers and debtors—none will be spared.
3 The earth will be completely emptied and looted.
The Lord has spoken!
4 The earth mourns and dries up,
and the crops waste away and wither.
Even the greatest people on earth waste away.
5 The earth suffers for the sins of its people,
for they have twisted God’s instructions,
violated his laws,
and broken his everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore, a curse consumes the earth.
Its people must pay the price for their sin.
They are destroyed by fire,
and only a few are left alive.
7 The grapevines waste away,
and there is no new wine.
All the merrymakers sigh and mourn.
8 The cheerful sound of tambourines is stilled;
the happy cries of celebration are heard no more.
The melodious chords of the harp are silent.
9 Gone are the joys of wine and song;
alcoholic drink turns bitter in the mouth.
10 The city writhes in chaos;
every home is locked to keep out intruders.
11 Mobs gather in the streets, crying out for wine.
Joy has turned to gloom.
Gladness has been banished from the land.
12 The city is left in ruins,
its gates battered down.
13 Throughout the earth the story is the same—
only a remnant is left,
like the stray olives left on the tree
or the few grapes left on the vine after harvest.
14 But all who are left shout and sing for joy.
Those in the west praise the Lord’s majesty.
15 In eastern lands, give glory to the Lord.
In the lands beyond the sea, praise the name of the Lord, the God of Israel.
16 We hear songs of praise from the ends of the earth,
songs that give glory to the Righteous One!
But my heart is heavy with grief.
Weep for me, for I wither away.
Deceit still prevails,
and treachery is everywhere.
17 Terror and traps and snares will be your lot,
you people of the earth.
18 Those who flee in terror will fall into a trap,
and those who escape the trap will be caught in a snare.
Destruction falls like rain from the heavens;
the foundations of the earth shake.
19 The earth has broken up.
It has utterly collapsed;
it is violently shaken.
20 The earth staggers like a drunk.
It trembles like a tent in a storm.
It falls and will not rise again,
for the guilt of its rebellion is very heavy.
21 In that day the Lord will punish the gods in the heavens
and the proud rulers of the nations on earth.
22 They will be rounded up and put in prison.
They will be shut up in prison
and will finally be punished.
23 Then the glory of the moon will wane,
and the brightness of the sun will fade,
for the Lord of Heaven’s Armies will rule on Mount Zion.
He will rule in great glory in Jerusalem,
in the sight of all the leaders of his people.
Zephaniah 1
1 The Lord gave this message to Zephaniah when Josiah son of Amon was king of Judah. Zephaniah was the son of Cushi, son of Gedaliah, son of Amariah, son of Hezekiah.
“I will sweep away everything
from the face of the earth,” says the Lord.
3 “I will sweep away people and animals alike.
I will sweep away the birds of the sky and the fish in the sea.
I will reduce the wicked to heaps of rubble,[a]
and I will wipe humanity from the face of the earth,” says the Lord.
4 “I will crush Judah and Jerusalem with my fist
and destroy every last trace of their Baal worship.
I will put an end to all the idolatrous priests,
so that even the memory of them will disappear.
5 For they go up to their roofs
and bow down to the sun, moon, and stars.
They claim to follow the Lord,
but then they worship Molech, too.
6 And I will destroy those who used to worship me
but now no longer do.
They no longer ask for the Lord’s guidance
or seek my blessings.”
7 Stand in silence in the presence of the Sovereign Lord,
for the awesome day of the Lord’s judgment is near.
The Lord has prepared his people for a great slaughter
and has chosen their executioners.[c]
8 “On that day of judgment,”
says the Lord,
“I will punish the leaders and princes of Judah
and all those following pagan customs.
9 Yes, I will punish those who participate in pagan worship ceremonies,
and those who fill their masters’ houses with violence and deceit.
10 “On that day,” says the Lord,
“a cry of alarm will come from the Fish Gate
and echo throughout the New Quarter of the city.[d]
And a great crash will sound from the hills.
11 Wail in sorrow, all you who live in the market area,
for all the merchants and traders will be destroyed.
12 “I will search with lanterns in Jerusalem’s darkest corners
to punish those who sit complacent in their sins.
They think the Lord will do nothing to them,
either good or bad.
13 So their property will be plundered,
their homes will be ransacked.
They will build new homes
but never live in them.
They will plant vineyards
but never drink wine from them.
14 “That terrible day of the Lord is near.
Swiftly it comes—
a day of bitter tears,
a day when even strong men will cry out.
15 It will be a day when the Lord’s anger is poured out—
a day of terrible distress and anguish,
a day of ruin and desolation,
a day of darkness and gloom,
a day of clouds and blackness,
16 a day of trumpet calls and battle cries.
Down go the walled cities
and the strongest battlements!
17 “Because you have sinned against the Lord,
I will make you grope around like the blind.
Your blood will be poured into the dust,
and your bodies will lie rotting on the ground.”
18 Your silver and gold will not save you
on that day of the Lord’s anger.
For the whole land will be devoured
by the fire of his jealousy.
He will make a terrifying end
of all the people on earth.
May His Words be sent out and not return void. May the Lord fill you with all wisdom and understanding , as you walk in obedience and in reverent Awe of our Lord God and His Holy Son Jesus Christ. Grace and Peace of the Lord God and His Son Jesus be with you all.
7 Seals; Revelation 8: A Voice in the Wilderness
Good post. Lots of good scripture linked to this mystery. It makes me think of those pictures/”visions” that God was showing me regarding Jesus leaving Heaven and coming to earth for the rapture. I saw many people in Heaven just (silently) in awe looking on as they knew that Jesus was about to leave Heaven to get His Bride. It was like a mystery to them that the time had come. Just a thought to add to the mix. I haven’t felt that silence but I’ve felt much closer to the Spirit realm and I’ve felt heard by the Lord. I mean I know He hears but I feel more heard than ever for whatever reason. I do also feel that any day now something very horrible will occur that will affect the whole world. We keep our eyes on Jesus and the prize. He is our Hiding Place. See you soon. I’m glad you posted 🙂 – M
Hi M
Thanks for sharing that great revelation, may it bless everyone who reads it. Yes,
we keep our eyes on Jesus, 🙂

what is Babylon?
Hi Bonnie,
What is Babylon! Agh! What a question that is, I stopped me in my tracks today because I didnt know how to answer. At first I wanted to answer off the top of my head but but I didn’t feel like that was right. It sent me on a journey through scripture,,, so that will be my next post and hopefully it will answer this question for both of us. It worked out quite well because I have been studying Rev 19:11 and I found some really cool links to that scripture as I sought out to answer your question. Thank you for keeping me on my toes today 🙂 I will post once I have it all put together.
Peace Bonnie, Have a gret day,
Lisa

WOW! I had a poem that I had to write down a few weeks ago, it was “The Silence from Heaven”… It was unnerving as it was about the Watchmen becoming silent. I have linked this post of yours to my post, and have written a new post combining both yours and my poem. I think that there is something to this silence, more than we actually understand. Thanks again. Here is the link to my poem…
http://livingjourney.wordpress.com/2012/09/14/the-silence-from-heaven/
Thank you! I’m so glad I found your site. It’s really amazing how I see the Lord revealing similar things to His people. I remember reading you poem and I was amazed at the topics you mentioned – they have all been what I have been studying- and what the Lord is revealing to us. Thank you for posting this, I’m so happy that there are other believers like you who have discerning eyes and ears. It’s encouraging as we walk on this earth. May the Lord continue to bless all you do and may His Words you send out touch the hearts of many.
I think now is the time to really shine in this world- the world may be getting darker and darker, and we may have only minutes left, but let us make the best with the time we have- continuing to warn those who are perishing and snatching them from the enemy.
Peace! Let us continue to walk the narrow path with our Mighty Savior Jesus!
(Thanks for referring your site, when my wordpress starts working I will add your site
this post so others can look into this subject more-Im having a difficult time adding
links and stuff)
Thanks Lisa. Your poetry speaks the truth. We must encourage one another during this most difficult time. I pray that you are protected from the evil one and that you reach as many people as possible with the gospel. Take care.

I have been getting this “silence in heaven” for quite a while. I was looking on the internet to see if anyone else was getting this too. Thank you for this post! I have been having such trouble lately, by that I mean, I am used to the Lord taking care of everything for me and answering prayers even before I asked, but now it’s like there’s silence from Him. It’s as if everything is upside down and that the evil is attacking evry area…..lies abound! All I know to do is to put on the whole armor of Christ and stand in this evil day. Thank you again for your precious website and please know that there are others out here that love our Lord and await His return.
Your sister in Christ Jesus.

“…we see a silence both before destruction and a silence after the desolation. I imagine all the host of heavens still –gasping to breath- silence as they watch the Lord God Almighty rise up from His throne. What a terrifying moment.”
A moment when all we can do is wait, watch and obey. An friend, Rick Torretto who studied the Book of Revelation extensively, and who died one year ago said this: “When the Lamb opens the Seventh Seal silence settles on the scene, What God is about to do to the world is so shocking that the dwellers of Heaven are stunned in shock. They are literally dumbfounded and speechless. The progress of History is halted. This is the only time the phrase “half an hour
” appears either in the Old or the New Testament, which gives it tremendous significance then. It is a time before the Four Winds, the same that is occupied by the vision in chapter seven. No one in Heaven offers John an explanation for their significance and it is to remain veiled as a mystery. The silence therefore calls for obedience to await the Time of Divine Providence. It is God Who will reveal His Plan and no one else. What has been instituted must have time to grow strong and firm to withstand the storm of God’s Judgment that will sweep the earth. The pause, therefore, presages both good and evil. If you’re good, it’s good and if you’re evil, it’s evil.”
Thank you for sharing this, beautiful and well said!
The space (and time) of 1/2 hour (28 minutes) the heavens roll up and out of 20 billion humans only 1.44 billion will still exist. Can’t wait for God to eliminate useless individuals.
Well well, aren’t you a sweetheart! You know what,
we need to ask God to help us love people – I’m sensing you’re annoyed ? 🙂
Ez 33:11: “As I live, says the Lord, ‘ I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, and the wicked turn from his way and live'”
May the Lord give us more compassion and love for others, amen
Amen sister….
I just want to give you a very important key point in the book of revelation that will somehow give you another idea of the timeline for the book of Revelation. I have been a prophecy student for only six years now and I hope this will not be a cause to ignore my different view on the timeline. I am just hoping that you would help me debunk my view and convince me that I am wrong, My intention is really to find the truth and have this truth shared to others especially during this deceptive end times.
First of, here is my understanding of the Tribulation period:
Jer. 30:3-7 does not say that the time of Jacob’s trouble is 7 years.
The first 3.5 years was already fulfilled by Jesus Christ as described in Daniel 9:27. Through the death of Jesus, the sacrifice and offering was abolished. On the east wing of the temple, the abomination and desolation referred to here is the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Daniel 11:31,32 is where the Antichrist will appear at the Temple to desecrate it by his armies, and to set up the abomination and desolation, and this is the one that Jesus warned us of on Matthew 24:15. Jesus confirms His Holy Covenant for 1 seven, the remaining half will be in the future. In the case of the Antichrist, he will forsake and vent his fury on the Holy Covenant for 3.5 years, Daniel 11:30, his version of Daniel 9:27. Remember that Satan will counterfeit all that is prophesied in the end times to make the antichrist appear as the messiah. The 7 years of tribulation view is being promoted by Satan maybe because there will be a 3.5 years fake tribulation and a dummy antichrist.
In order that I will not somehow offend or create an uproar on this, in case, here is a biblical principle to guide us:
Matthew 16:15-17
15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.
Six verses after…
Matthew 16:23
Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”
The same mouth that glorified Jesus Christ is the same mouth that insulted Jesus Christ. Most of the time we put ourselves in Peter’s shoes.
So you see, not all truths or revelation are given all to just one prophecy student. We are all vessels and channels of God’s truth and revelation depending on the nature of our heart’s desires. Let us help one another to put the puzzle pieces together as one Body of Christ.
If we are searching for truth to proved that we are right, there is a certain kind of spirit that guides our understanding of scriptures. But if we are searching for the truth to gain knowledge, wisdom, and freedom, for us and for others too, then that is another kind of spirit.
Now here is my take on the Half Hour Silence in Heaven which will make an entirely different view on the timeline of Revelation:
1. 1 John 2:18, Dear children, this is the LAST HOUR; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, EVEN NOW many antichrists have come. THIS IS HOW we know it is the LAST HOUR.
2. Revelation 8:1,When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about HALF AN HOUR.
We know that the writer of 1John and Revelation is John the Apostle. It is obvious that John holds the same understanding of what hour was to him both for the above scriptures that he revealed. So is it safe to assume that the LAST HOUR that he is telling us is 2,000 years in duration assuming that the antichrist will appear in our time? Does HALF AN Hour could mean then as 1,000 years? If so, then it could probably mean that the HALF AN HOUR silence in Heaven is the Millennium. What do you think?
So with this key point, definitely the timeline will be entirely different from the popular and prevailing ones. Please bear with me as I present to you my timeline:
Seals 1 to 4 begun at Ascencion/Pentecost and continuous on up to the end of Seal 6, which is the great tribulation (As Jesus described that wars, death from wild animals, economic woes, famines, pestilence, earthquakes will continue on before the end). the Bowl Judgement and Armageddon happening within it. Rev. 6:1-8,13-17
Seal 5 begun from death of Stephen up to the last Saint to be martyred in the Great Tribulation. Rev. 6:9-12
Seal 7 as i explained above, begins at the start of the millennium Rev. 8. The silence in Heaven is the millennium, a thousand year of peace. At the end of the millennium, Satan will be released from the Abyss (Rev. 20:7) to deceive the nations again.
Trumpets 1 to 4 happens at the end of the millennium, it is the destruction of a third of trees, grass, sea, waters, and a third of the celestial objects are struck.
Trumpet 5 is when Satan was released from the Abyss and Locust-Like Creatures torturing those who does not have the seal of God on their foreheads (entirely different from those with the mark of the beast on their foreheads which were described in the bowl judgement happening at the end of the great tribulation, while those who are sealed by God were present at the Great Tribulation and lived on through the Millennium).
Trumpet 6 is Gog and Magog to kill a third of mankind, led by Satan. Ezekiel 38.
The Angel and the Little Scroll Rev. 10, which is entirely different from the Scroll and the Lamb of Rev. 5, is about PROPHESYING AGAIN by the Two Witness at the end of the millennium. Probably Moses and Elijah could be them, their Spirit indwelt on the two prophet that will be anointed on that time. ( Like John the Baptist having the Spirit of Elijah)
SOULS under the ALTAR, because they are still on earth/grave Rev. 6:9 (Heaven is my throne and the Earth is my footstool), is different from the SAINTS on the GOLDEN ALTAR before the Throne, because they are already in the Millennium Rev. 8:3,4
The Saints will be the Royal Priesthood during the Millennium Rev. 20:6, Jesus Christ as their King. They were not judged yet but they were given authority to judge Rev. 20:4. The Saints will only then become kings over the nations after they received their crowns at the Great White Throne Judgement Rev. 21:24.
The Two Witness, I believe are the ones who will cause all the plagues of the Trumpets Judgement at the end of the Millennium. (Like during the time of Moses, and again this time the Remnant Israel will witness it again) Rev 11:4-6
Trumpet 7 is the Great White Throne Judgement, Rev.11:15-19, Rev. 20:11-14 , the second resurrection, where the dead will be judged(sheep and goat, based on Works written in the books that were opened and on the names that were written in the Book of Life), and the saints and prophets judged for their rewards (crowns will be given to them). Judgement Seat of Christ (termed by Paul) and The Great White Throne (termed by John) is the same. Throne and Seat is the same in meaning. (John and Paul, during their time, were not given the opportunity to collaborate on this, given their situations)
What makes Seven Bowls different from the Seven Trumpet that made it appear happening in two different timelines? Here are my keypoints.
Bowls happens at the Great Tribulation / Trumpets happens at the end of the Millennium
Bowls : Mark of the Beast
Trumpets: Those who does not have the Seal of God (No mention of mark of the beast)
Bowls : Beast and False Prophet
that come out from the Sea/Earth
Dragon hurled DOWN from Heaven
Rev. 12 & 13
Trumpets: Angel(Satan) of the Abyss / Beast (Satan) that come UP
from the Abyss (Rev. 20) Apollyon, Abaddon
Bowls : No mention of Abyss
Trumpets: Abyss mentioned Thrice.
Bowls : Gog and Magog in Armageddon Ez. 39
Seven Years of Burning Weapons and
Seven Months of Burying carried over
through the Millennium,
God’s Holy Name made known to Israel
Corpse given to the Birds
Trumpets: Gog and Magog Ez.38, Unwalled City,
People living in Safety, Recovered from War,
God’s Holy Name made known to the Nations
No Mention of Corpse given to Birds
Bowls : Before Armageddon, Dead in Christ/Saints came to life Rev. 16:15,
the rest of the dead did not come to life Rev. 20:5
so they were not judged yet.
This is the First Resurrection
Trumpets: White Throne Judgement, Rev. 20:11
Time to judge the Dead and Reward the Saints and the Prophets, Rev. 11:18
This is the Second Resurrection
Bowls : Tremendous earthquake, cursed God Rev.16:17-20
Trumpets: Severe Earthquake, gave Glory to God Rev. 11:13
I placed the Resurrection of the Dead in Christ and the Rapture of the Alive in Christ in between the Sixth Bowl and the Seventh Bowl. Here are the Key Verses:
Rev. 21:9 is about The New Jerusalem, the Bride, the Wife (Married already) of the Lamb (this is after the end of the Millennium, and start of the New Heaven and New Earth)
9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
(I hope you don’t have another bride in mind, like what pretribbers did to Matthew 24:29,30, making it the second rapture/resurrection, which they say is still an integral part of the first resurrection of Rev. 20. Jesus will get His Bride one time only, not several times)
Question:
Why does it have to be ONE OF THE SEVEN ANGELS WHO HAD THE SEVEN BOWLS, be the one appointed by Jesus to show to John theBride? Why not one of the seven angels who had the trumpets?
Answer:
Checkout Rev. 16:12-15
12 THE SIXTH ANGEL POUR OUT HIS BOWL on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. 13 Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake (WISE VIRGINS? AND/OR THE WEDDING GUESTS?) and remains clothed (OIL/HOLY SPIRIT), so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.” Matthew 22
Please study who is the Bride. Make a comparison on the description of the 144,000 as the Bride and as Virgins in its natural and spiritual sense, then the description of the New Jerusalem in its sense of 12’s. Study also who are the Wedding Guests and who are the Nations that will be ruled by the kings (Saints?) in the New Heaven and New Earth.
The Book of Revelation is the story of God’s plan of salvation, grace, and justice to humanity in the end times and through eternity. This is where we can truly see the big picture. Match it with Jesus Christ’s Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24. Then the 10 Virgins (144,000/Tribulation Saints?), the Talents of the Servants (Wedding Guests/Dead in Christ?), The Sheep and the Goats (Risen Dead judged and saved in the White Throne Judgement/The Nations in New Heaven and New Earth?) in Matthew 25.
I hope this one makes sense to you, though this one is a new and radical view of eschatology, and I have not encountered of anything like this through my searches in so many prophecy websites I visited. I would appreciate your comment and more importantly, your loving correction of this view.
Your Brother In Christ,

Very interesting. I need to reread and think about some things you said. I’ve heard and studied many different view points and this upcoming year beginning in Sept. I plan to study more of Revelation . Thanks for sharing all this, I do plan to look into it, It will take me some study time. Thank you again, I enjoy studying this and hearing your viewpoint and your studies
To add more validity on my claim that the resurrection and rapture of the Bride happens between the event of the pouring of the sixth bowl judgement and the seventh bowl judgement, here are scriptures to see the logic:
Revelation 16:17-19
17 The SEVENTH ANGEL poured out his BOWL into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. 19 The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered BABYLON THE GREAT and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath.
Revelation 17:1
ONE of the SEVEN ANGELS who had the SEVEN BOWLS came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the punishment of the GREAT PROSTITUTE, who sits by many waters.
The logic here is whoever witness or in that event, shall be the one who is credible and worthy enough to show who the Bride and the Great Prostitute is.

There are many people that play the guessing game as to why silence in heaven. In the book of Revelation God has already foretold why there is silence in heaven in the book of Revelation.
Why is there silence in heaven, God foretell’s in the book of Revelation why there is silence in heaven.

convert it to time of men because one day of God is 1,000 years for men, the answer is 20.8 years, In revelation chapter 7, this is about the wind which means war, Jeremiah 4:11, end of world war 1, then after around 21 years ( their was silence in heaven about half an hour, therefore around 20.8 years), world war 2 broke. FYI, this is teaching of Felix Y. Manalo.
