Though it tarry, wait for it

Though it tarries, wait for it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time
but at the end it shall speak and not lie
it will be fulfilled
Though it tarry and seems slow in coming

Wait patiently for it
Because it will surely come
It will not tarry, it will not be delayed
Habakkuk 2:3

      As you wait, remember the importance of unwavering faith and trust. Remember the prophets and how they waited, consider the lives of Zechariah, Abraham, Noah, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Job, Paul, Nehemiah, Ester, Ruth, Mary….consider their lives and their faith as they trusted the Lord.

     Make sure, that during this time, your faith is not like wave tossed at sea –believing and praising in one moment, then doubting and worrying the next. The Lord has chosen you and He delights in you. You must fix your thoughts and Cling to the Lord , His Word, and His Promises.

 Though it seems slow in coming, wait, it will surely come.

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

Fire of the Holy Spirit, demonic attacks, spiritual heart, and understanding addiction

It was early in the morning as I was waking up and before me, in a vision, I could see the hearts and the fire of the Holy Spirit within people. I could see their hearts, what was in their heart and how it flowed into different parts of their life. I also saw and understood the flame within the believers, the fire of the Holy Spirit.  (This is the second part of an earlier post)

      What I understood: 1-We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.2- Stand strong in your trials, they make you stronger and build your endurance.

THE FIRE

The first person I saw had a small thin tall flame.  Talking to this person, you would believe she was a strong believer, involved in church, a Christian all her life and even led groups.  I could see her complaining about situations at work and discussing the rude people she had run into that day as she worked, but in the spiritual world I could see invisible demonic beings blowing out this flame with every trouble that came her way. Every trouble or trial that came her way- was actually a demonic force with the full intention of putting out this flame within her heart. I could see the flame disappear as trials came, her crying and upset, maybe over a struggle at work or with a friend- the evil forces tried to discourage her and keep her from remembering God’s promises, but she would renew herself in the Lord and that flame that had gone out, soon came back up again. And so this happened often, her not realizing who she was really battling.

The next person I saw was a Christian man, loved the Lord, went to church, grew up in the church, went to school in the church, didn’t know much of the bible, but thought he was doing his best. Within his heart were tiny flickers of light, like when you are trying to start a fire- tiny sparks. They would go out and then try to come back out again. The struggles of this world and the desire for worldly things was trying to extinguish the sparks. There was room for a great flame but only tiny flickering sparks were there. This parable of the farmer and the seeds in the post spiritual fire explains this clearly.

The next person I saw had a huge flame in her heart. It was the result of trusting God through all her trials, troubles and storms (Romans 5:3-4, James 1, Jeremiah 17:7-8)  (Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. )  This didn’t mean the attacks didn’t still come- they did. She also had many annoying trials still in life, yet she clung to the Lord. Her flame didn’t mean she didn’t have problems, it  just meant that she no longer let annoyances bother her as much as they did. She was stronger now. ( Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance) So in the spiritual world I could see the trials she had as a quick blow or wind to try to get her fire out, but the fire was too large. It was like trying to blow out a campfire, but the trials never stopped, they went on and on.  More detail on this in post on Fire of the Holy spirit and Spiritual Warfare

The last person I saw was a man- Christian, weekly church attendee, grew up in church, but went his own way each week after Sunday. His heart was the deepest darkest loneliest blackness, like a deep unending pit. Terrifying. His sins had opened doors for demonic strongholds to take over him, choke out the word of God so it wouldn’t enter his heart, and also control parts of his life.  For more detail on what I saw, see spiritual strongholds.

YOUR WEAPONS

  Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
           And pray in the Spirit on all occasions
with all kinds of prayers and requests.
With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people   Eph 6

THE HEART

Now within all this I saw a spiritual heart within us all. There are outflows out of our heart. What ever we say, do, hear, think goes into our heart- It is just as Jesus said, it is a wellspring within us. Like Solomon said, we need to be very careful what we put in our heart, because it affects every part of our life.

Guard your heart above all else,
    for it determines the course of your life.
 Avoid all perverse talk;
    stay away from corrupt speech.
 Look straight ahead,
    and fix your eyes on what lies before you.
Mark out a straight path for your feet;
    stay on the safe path.
 Don’t get sidetracked;
    keep your feet from following evil.
Proverbs 4:23-27

    Out of the heart I saw 6 outflows into different areas of our life: there may be more, but this is what I saw, and this is what I wrote down as soon as I saw it

The outflows of the heart I saw:
1-Happiness
2- Different ventures
3-Different paths
4-Home, family
5-work
6-Looking for God
7-Searching

On the heart of the person I had described above, written on each of the outflows of the heart was the word “stronghold” written in black. Underneath this word was a pair of demonic hands stopping the outflow of the heart the outflows were supposed to connect him to the Lord, and the ultimate goal of the demonic stronghold was to break this outflow- like breaking a vine – so this person would be cut off from God forever.  I could see the Lord’s love for this person and the Lord trying to call him back. This person had addictions that controlled him. He wanted to be free and kept saying he could free himself, but he was no match for the legions and legions of demons behind him. As soon as he would break free from a stronghold, another demon would grab hold of him. I saw two demonic hands wrapped around his neck choking out the word of God. I saw the demons laugh and laugh when this man thought to himself “I can free myself”. I knew they wanted him to think that, that way they knew, he’d never be freed.  I understood that this was happening as Jesus described – when a man is cleaned and then goes back to his sin, many legions come back – and this is what I saw.  They had too much control and no man can fight this alone without the power of the Holy Spirit , the name of Jesus, and the Almighty Father.

   “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.” Matthew 12:43-45

Scripture to think about:

 The the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” Gen 4: 6-8
” For you are a slave to whatever controls you. 20 And when people escape from the wickedness of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then get tangled up and enslaved by sin again, they are worse off than before. 21 It would be better if they had never known the way to righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life. 22 They prove the truth of this proverb: “A dog returns to its vomit.” And another says, “A washed pig returns to the mud.” 2 Peter

 He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the law of Moses.   When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Titus 2:11

   You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world.  Colossians 2:20

24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. 25 Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. 26 Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another. Galations 5: 16

 Hear me, LORD, my plea is just;
listen to my cry.
Hear my prayer—
it does not rise from deceitful lips.
Let my vindication come from you;
may your eyes see what is right.
 Though you probe my heart,
though you examine me at night and test me,
you will find that I have planned no evil;
my mouth has not transgressed.
Though people tried to bribe me,
I have kept myself from the ways of the violent
through what your lips have commanded.
My steps have held to your paths;
my feet have not stumbled.
I call on you, my God, for you will answer me;
turn your ear to me and hear my prayer.
Show me the wonders of your great love,
you who save by your right hand
those who take refuge in you from their foes.
Keep me as the apple of your eye;
hide me in the shadow of your wings
from the wicked who are out to destroy me,
from my mortal enemies who surround me.|
They close up their callous hearts,
and their mouths speak with arrogance.
They have tracked me down, they now surround me,
with eyes alert, to throw me to the ground.
They are like a lion hungry for prey,
like a fierce lion crouching in cover.
Rise up, LORD, confront them, bring them down;
with your sword rescue me from the wicked.
By your hand save me from such people, LORD,
from those of this world whose reward is in this life.
May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies;
may their children gorge themselves on it,
and may there be leftovers for their little ones.
As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face;
when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing
Psalm 17 Psalm of David
Have a blessed day! God love you so much!

Don’t let the sun go down on your Anger Ephesians 4:26

Tremble with fear and stop sinning;
think deeply about this,
when you lie in silence on your beds. Ps 4:4

           One night I was furiously mad at something.  I was trying desperately to forgive so I could go to sleep. I tried and tried on my own- but I was still ANGRY! God showed me something supernatural that night as I lay awake-but before he showed me this… I kept reciting and remembering the following passages as I tossed and turned late into the night:

    In your anger do not sin” Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,  for anger gives a foothold to the devil. But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. ’ Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.  Col 3 :13 Eph 4:26 Matt 5:22 James 1:20
( This was easy to remember, recite and ponder on- but why was my anger still raging within me? Why did I keep forgiving, but needed to do so every second as it entered my mind again?)

REVENGE IS NOT MINE

  To be truthful, I wanted revenge, I know, it’s horrible- but I did! How could this be? me? a christian? a student of the word? One who claimed to “Love the Lord” and to always walk in obedience.

 “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” Jer 17:9

         Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the LORD. Romans 12:19 Lev 19:8

GOD HAS FORGIVEN ME- I NEED TO FORGIVE OTHERS

   I tried to remember all God had forgiven me.
    Instead, be kind to each other, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. If you forgive anyone’s sins, they are forgiven. If you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive. Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. luke 6:27,Eph 4:32, John 20:23

   As I night went on I prayed out to God, ” O Lord, help me forgive this person- let me not seek revenge. Clean out my heart O, Lord and renew a right spirit within me. This is just to hard for me, I don’t want to forgive, but I know I have to, help me, help me Lord- don’t let me fall asleep angry. Help me forgive”

I SAW JESUS ON THE CROSS

    At that moment I closed my eyes and I saw a cross. I opened my eyes in shock, what was that? I closed my eyes again and saw Jesus on the cross. I was scared and opened my eyes again, so I wouldn’t see. I closed them again and saw more. It was as if I was there at the time Jesus died. I could see a panoramic view of everything as if I were standing to the left of the cross.

I looked and saw the sky dark like night and a huge dark cloud coming behind the cross moving across the sky as the land got darker and darker. On the cross, the Lord had died- his head hung down to his left and his body limp. I opened my eyes again and when I closed them I saw a man go up to the cross, he was bald and in my spirit I immediately knew that this man approaching the cross loved Him. The nails in the hand were taken out first. The body of Jesus lay over this man’s head as the nails in the feet still had not been taken out.

1st- I saw only the cross with dark skies, then the cross with Jesus, bottom right of picture shows the man taking Jesus down from cross and to the bottom left is what it looked like when they took Jesus wrapped and carried him away.

    The next thing I saw -as if I were hoovering above him- I saw the Lord’s face and I looked down and His body was wrapped in a white garment- but not His face because I could see Him. He was in a wooden box so they could carry Him- but the box had no covering. The sky was still dark as the men and the man who loved Him carried Him off.  The last vision I saw was Jesus’ body being carried off by the man who loved Him and with about 5-6 other men- 3 on one side of the box and 3 on the other side and the land was dark.

(As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus.  Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth Mt 27:57)

        Do I understand what my God did for me? I’m crushed in my spirit and broken for my selfish ways as I think on what Jesus did for me. “Jesus said, Forgive them, Father! They don’t know what they are doing.” He forgave those that hurt him, killed him, mocked Him and He was God, surely I can forgive someone who has hurt me. I was created to be like Him and that I will strive to do.

 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. 9 Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
